Pastor Terri

Terri Elaine Blackburn (Burnett) was born November 1, 1959 in Fort Scott, Kansas. At the age of 4 her family moved to San Bernardino, California. When Terri was 15 years old, she gave her life to Jesus Christ.

A few years later, Terri rededicated her life to Christ, received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and began to grow in her Christian faith.

Terri has had many leadership roles and taught many classes throughout her years of service. In 2005, Terri received her minister’s license and in 2008 she was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In 2022, Terri received her certificate of completion for her training as a prophet and pastor at Footsteps of Faith located in the city of Rialto. Her assignment is to help build ministries through prayer and implementation of structure that will create church growth where people can learn God’s Word and use their gifts and talents to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

Terri came to The Light Church in October of 2022.God has gifted Terri as a prophet, evangelist, pastor, teacher and administrator to minister to the lost and help structure ministries for growth. Terri’s passion is to help reconcile people to God by showing the love of Christ by ministering healing and deliverance to those who are hurting.
